Eagle’s Nest Youth Ranch is governed by a volunteer Board of Directors
There are currently 8 members on the board, however, the agency’s bylaws allow for up to 15 members.  The board members are chosen based on their commitment to the agency’s mandate and philosophy and on their personal knowledge, attributes, and experiences. The board provides financial and program oversight as well as accountability to community stakeholders. The board plans strategically to meet the needs of the youth in our communities and is committed to an ongoing process of program evaluation and quality improvement. The board meets a minimum of ten times a year and the Annual General Meeting is held in June in Prince Albert, Saskatchewan.
